King's Move Animal Puzzle

 

This puzzle appeared in a puzzle book that was being tossed by the Clatsop Community College library about a year ago. I don't remember how many animals are included, but the object is to spell out animal names by using "king's moves", which in chess are moves in any direction (including diagonal) but ONLY ONE SQUARE. For instance, SQUIRREL can be spelled by starting at square 17 and moving thus: 17 → 18 → 27 → 36 → 35 → 26 → 25 → 16.
